Brand new. We purchased 2 of these suits a couple of years ago in Daytona Beach Florida at Harley Davidson of Daytona at bike week. We never used them. They have been sitting in original packaging in the garage on a shelf. When I took the jacket out of the package I noticed there was some discoloration on the chest where the jacket was folded in the package.  I have to guess that the sun discolored it, sitting on the shelf near a window. It was sealed prior to me removing it from the package. Other than the minor discololoration it's perfect. I paid 0+ tax for this suit, it's very high quality.
